Store Supervisor (Hội An city)

About the job

We are looking for a professional Store Supervisor to be responsible for managing all Retail/ F&B operations of the store and for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Retail/ F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify customer's needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Co-ordinate with HR Dept. in attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Lead store operation team of 8 staffs to reach targets and KPIs, ensure the compliance with company's policies and procedures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements and skills:

• Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 2 years at the same positions
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and motivating team
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• English communication skills
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
• Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage
