- Manage product development and production for garment products.
- Read and understand technical packages (TP), ensuring accurate execution from sample to bulk.
- Plan and follow up on the production schedule with factories and internal teams.
- Coordinate with washing houses, fabric mills, and suppliers to ensure quality and timelines.
- Monitor product quality, cost, and lead time to meet buyer expectations.
- Work closely with designers, QC, and planning teams for smooth development and production.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Background in both factory and buying office preferred.
- Strong knowledge of garment washing processes (enzyme, stone wash, bleach, etc.).
- Able to read and interpret technical packs (TP) and product specifications.
- Fluent in English or Chinese (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
