Job descriptions:
- Plan and implement maintenance and repair for all items related to shelf construction in Lotte Duty Free stores.
- Work with suppliers to obtain at least three quotations for all purchases.
- Coordinate with government departments to obtain work permits for construction projects in accordance with procedures.
- Read drawings/designs, implement construction work, and monitor site progress.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.
Requirements for candidates:
- At least 2 years of experience in site construction; interior construction experience is preferred.
- Graduate at least from high school or college with a major in construction or related fields.
- Good at IT and capable of using AutoCAD software is an advantage.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly responsible, enthusiastic, honest, and cost-conscious for the company.
- Experience in PM (Project Management) and CM (Construction Management) processes is preferred
